Mr. McWilliams has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of roles with Duffy Crane & Hauling. Most recently, he accepted the role of Crane & Rigging Supervisor after serving at Duffy’s lead crane operator. He is both a certified lift planner and NCCCO-certified crane operator.

In addition to managing the company’s key accounts with estimating and lift planning, Justin handles department staffing and mentorship.
